Job summary

Cintas is seeking an Operations Manager for Facility Services to profitably grow and maintain our Facility Service business in a designated market. You will lead and manage sales and operations to meet targets for retention, growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction, while directing all Facility Service partners under Cintas policies and procedures.

The role requires travel about 5% (including overnight) and compliance with DOT requirements, with active driver's license and DOT medical

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred.
• Ability to travel approximately 5% of the time, including overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the overall sales and operations of the Facility Service business to meet company targets for retention, growth, profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Direct all Facility Service partners by using sound management practices and administer Cintas policies and procedures to achieve defined goals.
