Responsabilités

• Absorb context quickly and start contributing within the first weeks.
• Own a slice of Mass General Brigham's general mission end to end.
• Resolve customer concerns with patience and a focus on outcomes.
• Communicate progress, blockers, and results to stakeholders and leadership.
• Carry general knowledge not documented elsewhere and share insights.
• Find practical workaround when the official path is blocked.
• Provide hands-on support to colleagues and Mass General Brigham clients as needed.
• Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations for leadership review.
