Amrize North America Inc. seeks an Operations Manager to drive strategy execution across a defined market and product line. You will supervise managers, optimize productivity, and ensure safety and environmental compliance while maintaining strong customer service levels.

The role requires 7 years of experience or a Bachelor's degree with equivalent background, plus frequent travel within the region. Master’s degree is preferred and SAP/MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 7 years of equivalent experience.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Field of Study: Operations Management, Business, Civil or mechanical engineering, or related discipline.
• Requires Microsoft Office and SAP.
• Frequent travel to company and customer sites; travel <10% outside region.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all operations within a defined market and product line.
• Drive operational efficiency, productivity, and customer service levels.
• Coordinate with local Safety and Environmental Managers to ensure compliance.
• Lead budgeting processes and monitor cost drivers and KPIs.
• Foster a culture of safety, teamwork and continuous improvement.
