Amrize North America Inc. seeks an Assistant Plant Manager in Marblehead Agg OH to oversee daily operations, coordinate production schedules, and drive performance. You will manage staff, ensure quality against client specs, and work with sales to optimize inventory and delivery timeliness.

Reporting to the Plant Manager, the role emphasizes safety, budget adherence, and continuous improvement across maintenance and shipping processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of equivalent experience.
• Field of Study: Mining, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Promotes a culture of performance and exceeding expected results.
• Fills in for Plant Manager during Plant Manager’s absence.
• Drive and track financial performance via monthly operation forecast.
• Balance inventory and sales needs to minimize working capital impact.
• Ensure a quality product within specifications and timely delivery to clients.
• Lead on site operations and implement maintenance and shipping best practices.
