MasterCorp, Inc. is seeking a Region Operations Manager to oversee daily operations across the region. The role reports to the Regional Director and ensures goals and objectives are achieved through effective planning and leadership.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, MBA preferred, and at least five years of relevant experience. Strong managerial skills and proficiency in MS Office are essential.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• MBA preferred.
• Five years of work experience directly related to position required.
• Excellent managerial and supervisory skills.
• Extensive knowledge of operations and production management.
• Ability to interpret financial data to set production goals.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with hiring and training new staff.
• Onboard foreign guest workers (e.g., H2B/J-1 visas).
• Organize and supervise staff schedules and workload.
• Provide coverage for open regional management positions.
• Manage disciplinary actions and terminations per policy.
• Plan and organize daily production and operations.
• Measure productivity via performance, financial and activity data.
• Coordinate with HR, finance and logistics to ensure operations.
• Oversee shipping and receiving.
• Assist Regional Director with team transportation from airport, housing and hotels.
• Conduct weekly inspections and inventory counts.
• Cover Manager/Dispatcher duties when short-staffed.
• Track weekly HR and training schedules.
• Determine labor needs to meet production goals.
• Assist with operations budgeting.
• Coordinate with marketing and sales on pricing and promotions.
• Assist in preparing and updating operations manuals and policies.
