Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex industrial construction projects across North America, coordinating planning, execution and budget control.

You will spend time on job sites, manage risks, communicate with stakeholders, and ensure safety standards while delivering projects on schedule. The role requires 7–10 years experience, a Bachelor's degree, PMP a plus, and travel up to 30%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Masters preferred in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 7–10 years of experience with projects >$5M in construction or heavy industrial industries.
• PMP certification is a plus; strong proficiency with MS Office and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and complete construction projects on time and within budget.
• Manage schedule changes and coordinate with teams to resolve issues.
• Ensure safety policies are followed and promote a culture of safety.
• Engage and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide cost and schedule estimations for funding requests and business cases.
• Communicate project risks early and clearly to leadership.
