Job summary

Eastern Washington University (EWU) invites applications for an Operations Manager in the Department of Dental Hygiene. This on-site role leads daily operations, supervises staff, manages budgets, and coordinates clinic activities in a collegial academic setting.

The position reports to the Chair and supports the Director; it includes planning, payroll, purchasing, and project work with a focus on professional standards and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; preferably in management, business, or health sciences.
• 2+ years of dental experience.
• 3+ years of progressively responsible administrative experience.

Responsibilities

• Office management and supervision of staff within the Dental Hygiene and Dental Therapy programs.
• Budget and resources management; financial planning and reporting.
• Coordinate and oversee clinic billing and scheduling; support accreditation data management.
