Eastern Washington University (EWU) invites applications for an Operations Manager in the Department of Dental Hygiene within the College of Health Science and Public Health. The role leads daily operations of EWU's Dental Hygiene program and teaching clinic, reporting to the Chair.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in management, business, or health sciences.
• 2+ years of dental experience.
• 3+ years of progressively responsible administrative experience.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively; promote diversity.

Responsibilities

• Office management and supervision of the Dental Hygiene and Dental Therapy programs.
• Oversee billing for all clinic services.
• Manage department budget and resources; develop financial reports.
• Assist in recruitment, hire, and training of staff; supervise clerical staff.
• Coordinate travel and front-office operations; maintain documentation.
• Ensure compliance with university policies and accreditation standards.
