Amazon.com Services LLC in Spartanburg, SC seeks an Operations Manager to lead a combined salaried and hourly team. You’ll drive safety, quality, and on-time delivery while using data-driven decisions to improve productivity and efficiency. The role centers on mentoring staff and solving problems in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll oversee end-to-end operations across first/middle/last-mile components and collaborate with Safety, Loss Prevention, and HR to meet business goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years Amazon experience.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support, mentor, and motivate salaried and hourly workforce
• Lead large-scope projects with site and regional impact
• Build and execute productivity plans through forecast reviews, determining productivity requirements, and partnering with other Leaders to load balance
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises
• Collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, Human Resources to develop plans to meet business objectives
