Responsibilities

• Support, mentor, and motivate your team
• Lead large-scope projects with site and regional impact
• Create and implement productivity plans through forecast reviews and load balancing
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises
• Collaborate with Safety, Ops Integration, Loss Prevention and HR to meet objectives
• Lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for long shifts
• Work in environments with variable temperatures and noise
• Work a flexible schedule (weekends and/or overnight shifts)
