You will drive productivity and efficiency via data-driven decisions and collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, and HR to meet business goals.

The role covers First/Middle/Last mile workflows, with opportunities for site-level impact and professional growth as new Operations sites

Qualifications

• Experience managing employees and performance in a large site.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years at Amazon.
• Able to work flexible shifts including weekends, nights, and holidays.
