Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 2+ years as Department Manager, Operations Manager and/or Project Manager in the Service Provider industry with familiarity and knowledge of construction project management and installation of building materials.
• Experience with technical applications, mechanical/electrical systems and problem solving.
• Experience conducting meetings with exempt and non-exempt personnel, as well as hiring, training, developing and conducting annual performance reviews.
• Must enjoy a high level of activity in a hands-on environment with deadline-driven work and strong customer service.
