CR Fitness is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day member and staff experience at the West Cobb Club. You will drive onboarding, training, and performance coaching while supporting the General Manager in achieving membership goals and revenue targets.

You’ll coach the team in sales techniques, manage billing and inventory, and organize engaging member events to boost retention and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Outgoing and positive personality with strong leadership presence.
• Sales-minded, customer-service driven, and results-oriented.
• Embrace member retention strategies, including cancel-save processes and follow-up calls.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to coach and motivate teams.
• Organized manager with attention to detail to oversee billing, reporting, inventory, and cleaning systems.

Responsabilités

• Deliver a welcoming environment for members and staff.
• Drive member integration and sales performance through onboarding, sessions, and ACH setup.
• Support retention via cancel-save processes and follow-up with cancelled members.
• Coach staff on sales techniques to improve conversions and referrals.
• Organize member engagement events and community-building activities.
• Oversee inventory, billing updates, and reporting accuracy.
• Lead weekly leadership meetings to review performance and drive accountability.
• Ensure cleaning systems and protocols meet Crunch standards.
• Analyze reports to identify improvement opportunities and provide training solutions.
• Support GM in achieving membership and revenue targets.
