Job summary

CR Fitness’s West Knoxville location is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day member and team experience. You’ll oversee onboarding, training, and performance coaching while driving sales, retention, and satisfaction for a dynamic gym community.

You will support the General Manager in achieving membership and revenue targets, coach staff on sales and service, and help execute engagement events that strengthen the club’s culture and results.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a service environment.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities.
• Proven ability to drive sales and member retention.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a positive, welcoming environment for members and staff.
• Lead kickoff sessions to boost member integration and sales.
• Support retention efforts through follow-up calls and cancel-save tactics.
• Coach staff on sales techniques to improve conversions and referrals.
• Organize member engagement events and community activities.
• Oversee billing, inventory, and reporting accuracy.
• Lead weekly leadership meetings to review performance and drive accountability.
• Ensure cleaning protocols meet Crunch Fitness standards.
• Assist GM in achieving membership and revenue targets.
