Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee rater qualification activities, training content development, and study logistics. You will coordinate meetings, manage training materials, and ensure documentation aligns with SOPs and regulatory guidelines.

The role requires strong leadership, data-driven decision making, and willingness to travel domestically and internationally. A Life Science degree and clinical trials experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Science preferred.
• Two to four years of experience in clinical trials.
• At least two years of experience managing or leading a team.
• Familiarity with SOPs, ICH/GCP, and regulatory guidelines.
• Data and numbers competency.
• Fluency in English.
• Role requires domestic and international travel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate completeness of rater qualification documents and report results to Sponsor/study team.
• Develop study-specific rater training portals and ensure readiness per timelines.
• Coordinate Investigators’ Meetings logistics and CAT materials.
• Oversee editing/formatting of didactic training presentations.
• Manage scale licenses, translations, regulatory authorizations, and Sponsor approvals.
• Maintain data surveillance methods and generate reports for study team and Sponsor.
• Provide CAT data for Final Study Report.
• Oversee archiving of all CAT study documents.
• Advise on training and data surveillance plans to meet Sponsor/protocol specs.
