Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials, a global midsize CRO, seeks an Operations Manager to oversee rater selection, certification, training content, scale acquisition, surveillance, and document management. This role ensures projects are conducted in line with SOPs, ICH/GCP, and regulatory guidelines under the Operations Director.

You will coordinate meetings, manage documentation, and lead a team to meet timelines while supporting quality across CAT operations and final study reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Science preferred.
• Two to four years of experience working in clinical trials.
• At least two years of experience managing team members or leading a team.
• Competence with SOPs, ICH/GCP, and regulatory guidelines.
• Fluency in English and ability to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate rater qualification documents and communicate results to Sponsor and study team.
• Develop study-specific rater training web portals and ensure readiness based on timelines.
• Coordinate Investigators’ Meetings and CAT materials; attend meetings if needed.
• Oversee editing/formatting of didactic training presentations.
• Manage scale licenses, translations, regulatory authorizations, and Sponsor approvals.
• Maintain data surveillance documentation and generate study reports for team and Sponsor.
• Oversee archiving of CAT study documents.
• Advise on training and surveillance plans to align with Sponsor and protocol.
