Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee rater selection, rater certification/qualification, rater training content, scale acquisition, surveillance maintenance, and workbook/source document management for Worldwide Clinical Trials, Inc. (Worldwide).

The Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring all projects are conducted timely and in compliance with SOPs, ICH/GCP, and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Life Science preferred.
2–4 years of experience working in clinical trials.
At least 2 years' experience managing team members or leading a team.
Knowledge of SOPs, ICH/GCP and regulatory guidelines.
Fluency in English for day-to-day business.

Responsibilities

Coordinate completeness of rater experience qualification documents and communicate results to Sponsor and study team.
Develop study-specific rater training portals and ensure readiness based on study timelines.
Coordinate Investigators’ Meetings and CAT materials; may attend such meetings.
Oversee editing/formatting of didactic training presentations.
Oversee scale licenses, translations, regulatory authorizations, and Sponsor approvals.
Maintain data surveillance by tracking and reconciling source documentation and providing reports.
