Louis Regional Office, you will bridge franchise owners, clients, and leadership to ensure service quality and growth. Qualifications

• 4+ years of management experience in the commercial cleaning industry.
• Strong background in client relations and negotiations
• Technical expertise in floor care and specialty services
• Proven ability to influence, coach, and motivate others
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Flexibility to work one Saturday per month, at least one evening per month, and additional nights or weekends as business needs require
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable personal transportation for travel throughout the Greater St. Louis area

Responsibilities

• Strengthen client relationships as the main contact for key accounts.
• Support quality and brand standards with franchise owners.
• Guide account startups and coordinate smooth launches.
