Responsibilities

• Maintain wage & hour compliance for local employees.
• Coordinate payroll functions and ensure correct distribution.
• Develop and maintain client relationships to grow base business.
• Lead special projects with leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Evaluate performance and identify operational opportunities for growth.
• Recruit, hire, train, and coach management and front-line staff.
• Ensure daily operations are executed as scheduled.
