Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires at least 1 year of management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop team members using Aramark coaching model to maximize potential.
• Identify client needs and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Ensure P&L statements are maintained and financial targets are met.
• Implement Operational Excellence standards for food service operations.
• Maintain safety and sanitation standards in all operations.
• Oversee front-of-house dining operations and coordinate with Food Service Director.
