Uphoff Ventures, LLC seeks a Manager Assistant to support the Operations Manager in running a busy FEC/restaurant facility on-site in Manassas, VA. You will help supervise staff, manage daily operations, and ensure guest satisfaction through strong leadership and data-driven decision making.

The role requires 5–10 years in a managerial capacity within a high-volume environment, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to problem solving.

Formación

• Must have a minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
• Desirable - AA or BA in business management or related field.
• Minimum 5–10 years of managerial/leadership experience in an FEC or restaurant.
• Experience in a high-volume environment preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations of the facility to maximize guest satisfaction.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and a safe environment for guests and staff.
• Supervise maintenance and cleanliness; coordinate with venue technicians for equipment care.
• Provide administrative support to Operations, AGM, and GM.
• Lead staff development, recruitment, performance feedback, and employee relations.
