Job summary

Country Partners Cooperative in Gothenburg, NE, is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee grain handling, inventory control, and equipment scheduling at the Anselmo Grain location. The role requires coordinating with the Location Manager to meet demand and maintain service levels.

You will lead a team, ensure safety, and uphold high standards of customer service while maintaining efficient plant operations and accurate inventory records.

Qualifications

• Must have essential knowledge of material handling equipment and how to maintain that equipment.
• Must be an effective communicator.
• Must have effective organization skills.
• Schedule and dispatch application equipment assigned to the location.
• Responsible for assisting with managing the location's inventory.
• Work with Location Manager on product inventory needs and location space management.
• This will be accomplished by knowing what is on hand, the demand for each product, and ordering product in timely fashion to serve the customer.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch equipment at the location.
• Assist with managing inventory and coordinate with the Location Manager on inventory needs and space management.
• Know current stock levels and demand to order products promptly.
• Operate the plant to meet demand while following safety policies and housekeeping standards.
• Perform regular inventories and reconcile with the accounting system.
• Other duties assigned by Supervisor.

• Perform regular inventories, verify physical on-hand to accounting system.
