You will partner with the Location Manager to oversee the day-to-day grain elevator operations, coordinating staff and ensuring safe and efficient receiving, drying, storing, quality control, and transport of grains.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous supervisory experience (2+ years) preferred.
• Grain handling experience and customer-relations skills required.
• Strong leadership, mechanical/technical aptitude, and safety focus.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day grain elevator operations at Gothenburg and Anselmo locations.
• Coordinate staff for receiving, drying, storing, quality control, and transport.
• Work with Location Manager to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Maintain relationships with customers and suppliers; ensure safe operations.
