Job summary

Country Partners Cooperative in Cozad, Nebraska is seeking a Full-Time Location Manager for Anselmo Grain to oversee safety, operations, marketing and profitability of the location, personally or via subordinate managers. The role emphasizes energy, agronomy, feed and grain and is a supervisory position requiring leadership and the ability to manage diverse tasks in all weather conditions.

Qualifications include an AA degree or five years related experience, a CDL and Custom Applicators license,

• Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid Commercial Driver’s License & Custom Applicators License (or ability to obtain).
• Technical & Mechanical Skills, Customer Services Skills, Safety Oriented, Dependable, Experience in Microsoft programs, understanding of general accounting principles, have leadership and supervisory skills, be able to use the cooperatives accounting system, perform duties that are physical in nature, and be able to work in all types of weather conditions.
