Job summary

Country Partners Cooperative is seeking an Operations Manager for Gothenburg and Anselmo Grain to lead day-to-day grain elevator operations. You will supervise staff and coordinate receiving, drying, storing, quality control, and transport of grain, working with the Location Manager.

Strong leadership, a safety mindset, and dependability are essential as you manage weather-related challenges and operate the cooperative accounting system. This role offers competitive wages and robust benefits.

Qualifications

• High School certificate or equivalent required.
• 2 years of supervisor experience.
• 2 years grain handling experience.
• Strong leadership and safety oriented.
• Customer relations skills.
• Able to use cooperative accounting system and MS Office.
• Physical work capable; weather resilient.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operational activities of the grain elevator.
• Coordinate elevator operations staff in receiving, drying, storing, quality control, and transporting grains.
• Ensure safety practices and quality control are followed.
• Collaborate with Location Manager at Gothenburg and Anselmo.

Operations Manager - Gothenburg and Anselmo Grain

This position works closely with the Location Manager and both locations and oversees the day-to-day operational activities of the grain elevator. This includes the coordination of elevator operations staff in receiving, drying, storing, quality control, and transporting grains.
