Country Partners Cooperative is seeking an Operations Manager for Gothenburg and Anselmo grain facilities. You will work with the Location Manager to oversee daily operations, supervising staff and coordinating receiving, drying, storage, quality control and transport of grains.

Qualifications include a high school certificate, 2+ years supervisory and grain handling experience, strong leadership, customer relations and proficiency with Microsoft Office and the cooperative accounting system.

Qualifications

• High School certificate or equivalent.
• 2 years supervisor experience.
• 2 years grain handling experience.
• Customer relation skills and strong leadership.
• Technical & mechanical skills; safety oriented.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; able to use cooperative accounting system.
• Ability to perform physical duties in all types of weather.

Operations Manager - Gothenburg and Anselmo Grain

This position works closely with the Location Manager and both locations and oversees the day-to-day operational activities of the grain elevator. This includes the coordination of elevator operations staff in receiving, drying, storing, quality control, and transporting grains.

Requirements/Education

High School certificate or equivalent, supervisor experience (2 years), grain handling experience (2 years), customer relation skills, strong leadership skills, technical & mechanical skills, safety oriented, dependable, experience in Microsoft Office programs, be able to use the cooperatives accounting system, perform duties that are physical in nature, and be able to work in all types of weather conditions.
