Job summary

Country Partners Cooperative in central Nebraska is seeking an Operations Manager for Gothenburg and Anselmo Grain to oversee daily elevator operations, coordinate staff, and ensure safe, efficient receiving, drying, storing, quality control, and transportation of grain.

The role requires a high school certificate, 2 years of supervisory and grain handling experience, leadership and Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to work in all weather with dependability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of supervisory experience in grain handling or related field.
• Strong leadership and customer-relations skills.
• Technical and mechanical aptitude with safety orientation.
• Able to operate MS Office and the cooperative accounting system.
• Physical work in all weather conditions.

Operations Manager - Gothenburg and Anselmo Grain

This position works closely with the Location Manager and both locations and oversees the day-to-day operational activities of the grain elevator. This includes the coordination of elevator operations staff in receiving, drying, storing, quality control, and transporting grains.

Requirements/Education

High School certificate or equivalent, supervisor experience (2 years), grain handling experience (2 years), customer relation skills, strong leadership skills, technical & mechanical skills, safety oriented, dependable, experience in Microsoft Office programs, be able to use the cooperatives accounting system, perform duties that are physical in nature, and be able to work in all types of weather conditions.
