Midcoast FCU is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to be responsible for the leadership, engagement, development, and oversight of our Operations department. This role oversees the back-office processing of deposit and card-related operations, including disputes, deceased member account management, and new account auditing. This is a hybrid position with some in-office work required. The ability to report to a designated branch location as needed is expected.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Experience:
Three to five years of similar or related experience. Working knowledge of regulations relating to all credit union deposit products (Reg D, E, CC, DD) as well as BSA/AML regulations and reporting.
Education:
A high school education or GED.
