We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a Tax Operations Manager to join our team. This position is primarily remote, with potential requirements to attend meetings or trainings at a CohnReznick office with prior notice.

This role supports the Tax Department but does not perform tax work or client consultations.

Your Role
Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
  • Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, coordinating tasks and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Lead operational projects from planning to completion, tracking progress and adjusting plans as needed.
  • Report on project status and communicate issues promptly.
  • Build relationships across teams and understand the functions of a Tax Department in a public accounting firm.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures.
  • Utilize Excel and MS Office tools to maintain documentation and track tasks.
  • Handle multiple priorities and adapt quickly to change.
  • Attend meetings to gather and document data, resolving minor issues independently.
  • Perform administrative tasks as needed for team members.
Required Experience
  • 5-6 years of project management experience.
  • PMP Certification.
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with remote work preferred.
