Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Determine staffing requirements and facilitate hiring; coordinate scheduling, truck assignments, and dispatch of move crews.
• Coordinate and direct fleet maintenance and equipment inventory.
• Lead mover/driver training; develop and motivate the team.
• Promote safety and uphold procedures; ensure compliance with DOT and FMCSA guidelines.
• Serve as the on-call contact outside normal business hours.
• Complete performance audits during moves to ensure safety and customer satisfaction.
• Work up to six days a week with flexible hours, including marketing or networking events.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Determine staffing requirements and facilitate the hiring process; coordinate employee scheduling, truck assignments, and dispatch of move crew
• Coordinate and direct fleet maintenance and equipment inventory
• Lead mover/driver training; responsible for team development and motivation
• Promote safety and uphold safety procedures and policies; ensure compliance with all Department Of Transportation regulations and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration guidelines
• Serve as the “on-call” contact outside of normal business hours
• Complete performance audits during moves to ensure safety and customer satisfaction; oversee damage resolution process
• Perform position functions up to six days of a week, with a flexible range of hours which might include some
• marketing or networking events

REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred Driver’s license with good driving record
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and random drug screens Junk Removal experience preferred but not required
• Highly organized and detail oriented; ability to multi-task Strong decision making and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to customer service and the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK core values Physical stamina to assist with lifting/carrying 50 lbs. or more
• Proficient with the following Microsoft applications: Excel, Word, and Outlook Moving experience is not required, but preferred
