A leading moving company is seeking drivers for their Augusta, GA franchise. This full-time position requires a valid driver's license and at least 3 years of driving experience. Drivers will lead teams, operate a moving truck, and ensure safety and customer service during moves. Job Requirements

• Drivers must have a valid driver’s license and 21 years of age or older
• Minimum of 3 years driving experience. NO CDL REQUIRED!
• Clean driving record preferred (2 or less minor validations may be considered)
• No super speeder violations within the last 3 years
• High school diploma or GED are encouraged
• Ability to communicate professionally, verbally, and in writing, in English
• Physical stamina to lift/carry 100 pounds or more repeatedly throughout the day
• Willing to submit to pre-employment background check and random drug screens

Job Responsibilities

• Drivers act as the team leader for your team.
• Drivers work hand in hand with movers to complete services.
• Execute moves at a high level of safety and provides customer service.
• Drivers must safely operate a 26-foot moving truck, perform daily truck inspections and complete paperwork with customers.
• Be a TEAM player. Be on time. Be friendly. Be safe. Hustle!

• Compensation ranges from $36k - $50k Annually (including base hourly pay, commission and tips)
