Qualifications

• Must have a driver’s license with a good driving record.

• Moving experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Determine staffing requirements and facilitate the hiring process.
• Coordinate fleet maintenance and equipment inventory.
• Lead mover/driver training and team development.
• Promote safety and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Serve as the 'on-call' contact outside of normal business hours.
• Complete performance audits to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Determine staffing requirements and facilitate the hiring process; coordinate employee scheduling, truck assignments, and dispatch of move crew
• Coordinate and direct fleet maintenance and equipment inventory
• Lead mover/driver training; responsible for team development and motivation
• Promote safety and uphold safety procedures and policies; ensure compliance with all Department Of Transportation regulations and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration guidelines
• Serve as the “on-call” contact outside of normal business hours
• Complete performance audits during moves to ensure safety and customer satisfaction; oversee damage resolution process
• Perform position functions up to six days of a week, with a flexible range of hours which might include some marketing or networking events.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred Driver’s license with good driving record
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and random drug screens Junk Removal experience preferred but not required
• Highly organized and detail oriented; ability to multi-task Strong decision making and problem-solving skills
