Spotless Co. in Wisconsin is seeking a hands-on Operations Manager to oversee our residential cleaning branch. You will lead cleaning teams, manage daily operations, ensure quality standards and an exceptional customer experience.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable coaching staff, scheduling work, and maintaining client relationships. You will drive ownership, accountability, and growth for the branch while supporting sales and service delivery.

Responsibilities

This individual will be responsible for leading and developing our cleaning teams, managing daily operations, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

We're looking for a proactive leader who takes initiative, solves problems, communicates effectively, and leads by example. The ideal candidate is organized, people-focused, and comfortable working both independently and alongside the team. This position requires someone who takes ownership, holds themselves and others accountable, and is passionate about building a strong team while helping the branch grow and succeed.

Schedule

• 8 AM to 4 PM Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
• Monday or Friday when needed for Sales

Job Summary

Responsible for running day-to-day operations and guiding general business strategies. Duties include hiring, scheduling staff, tracking cash flow and helping fill in where needed.
