Ancenta Cleaning Services seeks a hands-on Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations across multiple client locations, ensure high service standards, and own operational decisions without constant owner input.

The role requires managing schedules, coaching staff, conducting quality inspections, improving systems, and reporting weekly to the owner as Ancenta grows.

Qualifications

• Three years of operations/management or supervisory experience.
• Experience in a service-based, multi-location or growth-stage business.
• Experience managing hourly employees, schedules and performance.
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using scheduling software, email, spreadsheets and mobile applications.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Available for afternoon and evening fieldwork, with occasional emergency or weekend support.
• Commercial cleaning, facilities management, hospitality, environmental services or route-based service experience is preferred.

Ancenta Cleaning Services is seeking a hands-on Operations Manager to lead our day-to-day operations and ensure our business runs smoothly, consistently and professionally.

This is not a regularly assigned cleaning position. We need a leader who can manage people, solve problems, maintain high service standards and take ownership of the operation without depending on the owner for every decision.

Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple client locations.
• Manage employee schedules, call-offs and staffing coverage.
• Conduct quality inspections and ensure deficiencies are corrected.
• Coach employees and hold team members accountable.
• Respond professionally to client concerns and service requests.
