We are seeking a motivated, dependable, and hands‑on Operations Manager to oversee our residential cleaning branch. This individual will be responsible for leading and developing our cleaning teams, managing daily operations, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

We're looking for a proactive leader who takes initiative, solves problems, communicates effectively, and leads by example. The ideal candidate is organized, people-focused, and comfortable working both independently and alongside the team. This position requires someone who takes ownership, holds themselves and others accountable, and is passionate about building a strong team while helping the branch grow and succeed.

Schedule
