Job summary

WeClean Commercial Cleaning in Florida is seeking a hands-on General Manager to own and grow the Residential Branch, overseeing people, operations, quality, and client service. Reporting to the owner, you will build and lead the team, enforce service standards, and drive revenue and profitability.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Portuguese (spoken and written)
• 3+ years in operations or team management (cleaning, facilities, hospitality, or service industry preferred)
• Proven people leadership – hiring, coaching, and accountability
• Strong organization, problem-solving, and customer-first mindset
• Comfortable with KPIs, scheduling tools, and spreadsheets
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (local travel)
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage the team: recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, performance, and retention
• Lead daily cleaning operations: staffing, coverage, supplies readiness, and on-site execution
• Own service quality: standards, inspections, audits, and rework reduction
• Manage customer service: communication, complaint resolution, and client retention
• Control supplies, purchasing, inventory, and operating costs
• Build and report weekly and monthly KPIs (revenue, retention, service quality, labor efficiency, profitability) and drive continuous improvement

About the Role

WeClean Commercial Cleaning is hiring a hands-on General Manager to own and grow our Residential Branch from end to end - people, operations, quality, customer service, and results. Reporting directly to the owner, you will build and lead the team, enforce service standards, and drive revenue and profitability. This is a high-ownership leadership role for someone who leads from the front and gets results.
