Fractional Operations Manager – Role Overview
Hashed Health is seeking a highly organized, execution-driven Fractional Operations Manager to support core platform operations and provide shared operational services across our portfolio companies. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, can move fluidly across legal, operational, and vendor-facing workstreams, and enjoys building structure inside early‑stage environments. The position begins as a fractional commitment (approximately one‑quarter to one‑half of a full‑time role) with the potential to expand into full‑time.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee contract compliance and ensure vendors meet obligations.
- Monitor service‑level performance and elevate issues when needed.
- Troubleshoot vendor interfaces and operational issues.
- Manage vendor onboarding, implementation processes, and user onboarding.
- Navigate and resolve conflicts in a professional, solutions‑oriented manner.
Entity Formation & Compliance
- Form and qualify new Delaware and state‑level entities.
- Maintain corporate governance records and organizational documents.
- Manage financing documents, including notes, SAFEs, and board consents.
- Maintain and update cap tables in collaboration with finance and legal.
- Coordinate registered agent services and ensure all entities remain in good standing.
- Track and manage annual filings, franchise taxes, and compliance calendars.
Document & Template Management
- Organize and maintain a centralized library of contracts, templates, and corporate forms.
- Ensure strong version control, master copies, and accurate document histories.
File & Information Management
- Build and maintain clean, organized filing systems across HoldCo and portfolio companies.
- Ensure secure, logical, and accessible document storage.
Project & Process Management
- Lead or support cross‑functional projects across operations, legal, finance, and product.
- Build repeatable processes, workflows, and checklists to support scale.
- Manage critical tasks that fall between functional lanes.
Other Responsibilities
- Support Managing Directors with ad‑hoc operational, governance, and diligence needs.
- Provide early operational infrastructure for new portfolio companies.
- Support the creation of board materials, investor communications, and investor management functions.

- Startup operations or Chief of Staff
- Venture studio / accelerator operations
- Corporate legal operations or senior paralegal work
