Responsibilities

• Design scalable operational workflows, SOPs, and governance frameworks.
• Manage end-to-end execution of cross-functional projects using Jira, Notion, and Confluence.
• Analyze operational telemetry and productivity metrics in SQL and Looker to identify bottlenecks and resource gaps.
• Administer and optimize internal tooling stacks, vendor relationships and security compliance.
• Facilitate capacity planning, quarterly OKR tracking, and risk reporting for executive leadership.

About The Role

The Operations Manager owns the operational infrastructure and cross-functional execution that enable technical teams to scale efficiently. The role bridges engineering, product, and leadership to keep complex internal workflows running smoothly.

The person in this role will audit existing systems, architect scalable processes, and deploy modern tooling to remove operational friction across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable operational workflows, standard operating procedures, and governance frameworks
• Manage end-to-end execution of strategic cross-functional projects using Jira, Notion, and Confluence
• Analyze operational telemetry and productivity metrics in SQL and Looker to identify bottlenecks and resource gaps
• Administer and optimize internal software tooling stacks, managing vendor relationships and security compliance
• Facilitate rigorous capacity planning, quarterly OKR tracking, and risk mitigation reporting for executive leadership

What We Are Looking For

• 4-7 years of operations or program management experience within a high-growth technology environment
• Demonstrated expertise with workflow automation tools, SQL, and business intelligence dashboards
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a proven history of cross-functional alignmentBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline
• Bonus: PMP, Scrum Master certification, or experience migrating legacy internal tooling systems
