Job summary

Culligan by WaterCo is seeking a Branch Operations Manager in Santa Clara to lead daily operations and drive profitability. The role oversees service and warehouse staff, routes, and customer satisfaction in a high-demand market.

Responsibilities include safety, DOT compliance, field service of residential/commercial water treatment systems, staff development, and cross-functional support to meet company goals.

Qualifications

• Residential plumbing experience (3–5 years preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with all management levels.
• Self-starter with leadership and coaching abilities.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Excellent time management and multitasking.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Maintain team accountability and uphold policies.
• Monitor local market competition and adjust strategies.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve escalations.
• Conduct field training and support operational goals.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of residential plumbing experience (preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Proven ability to work with all levels of management
• Motivated self-starter with effective leadership and coaching abilities
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Key Responsibilities

Physical & Environmental Requirements

• Required to wear appropriate PPE

Compensation & Benefits

Pay: $80,000-90,000K/year depending on experience
