Job summary

Job Juncture seeks a site leader in Omaha to oversee daily operations at a small plant of ~10 people. You will work closely with operations and hourly staff to drive safety standards and high performance.

The role reports to a regional manager; travel minimal. Leadership background and chemical industry experience are essential; PSM is a strong plus, DOT/TCEQ familiarity preferred.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a management role.
• Experience in chemicals or chemical distribution.
• Familiarity with PSM (Process Safety Management) is a plus.
• Knowledge of DOT and TCEQ regulations is required or a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead site operations on the plant floor and drive safety-first culture.
• Collaborate with operations and hourly personnel to maximize performance and reliability.
• Oversee daily maintenance, quality control, and adherence to standards.
• Report to a regional manager and participate in site planning and improvements.

The person for this role needs to be a strong leader and someone who likes to be out on the floor, working directly with operations and other hourly personnel to push for high safety standards and high performance. This person will have overall responsibility for this site and this role reports to a regional manager. Travel will be minimal.

• Leadership background is important - should have previous management experience
• Must be out of chemicals, ideally chemical distribution or something along those lines
• Previous PSM (process safety management) experience is a huge plus
• Must understand DOT/TCEQ regulations
