Job summary

Tom Trese Networking LLC seeks an on-site Plant Leader for our Omaha facility. You will oversee daily operations, drive safety standards, and push for high performance while working closely with hourly staff on the floor. This is a senior role reporting to a regional manager with minimal travel.

The ideal candidate has leadership experience in the chemicals sector, preferably in chemical distribution, and a solid grasp of process safety and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Leadership background is essential; prior management experience required.
• Chemicals background preferred; chemical distribution or similar experience ideal.
• PSM (process safety management) experience is a big plus.
• Must understand DOT/TCEQ regulations.

Responsibilities

• The site leader has overall responsibility for the Omaha plant, reporting to a regional manager.
• Lead on-floor with operations and hourly personnel to drive safety and high performance.
• Minimal travel is expected.

The person for this role needs to be a strong leader and someone who likes to be out on the floor, working directly with operations and other hourly personnel to push for high safety standards and high performance. This person will have overall responsibility for this site and this role reports to a regional manager. Travel will be minimal.

Minimum Requirements:

• Leadership background is important - should have previous management experience
• Must be out of chemicals, ideally chemical distribution or something along those lines
• Previous PSM (process safety management) experience is a huge plus
• Must understand DOT/TCEQ regulations
