Job summary

Top Echelon LLC seeks a hands-on site leader for a small chemical distribution plant (about 10 staff). You will work on the floor with operations and hourly personnel to push for high safety standards and peak performance.

You will have full site responsibility and report to a regional manager with minimal travel. Candidates should have leadership and prior management experience, chemical industry background, PSM is a plus, and familiarity with DOT/TCEQ regulations.

Qualifications

• Leadership background is important - should have previous management experience.
• Must be out of chemicals, ideally chemical distribution or similar.
• Previous PSM experience is a huge plus.
• Must understand DOT/TCEQ regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead site operations on the floor with hourly personnel to drive safety and high performance.
• Oversee the single-site operations, ensuring safe, efficient production and compliance.
• Report to a regional manager with minimal travel.

The person for this role needs to be a strong leader and someone who likes to be out on the floor, working directly with operations and other hourly personnel to push for high safety standards and high performance. This person will have overall responsibility for this site and this role reports to a regional manager. Travel will be minimal.

Minimum Requirements:

• Leadership background is important - should have previous management experience
• Must be out of chemicals, ideally chemical distribution or something along those lines
• Previous PSM (process safety management) experience is a huge plus
• Must understand DOT/TCEQ regulations
