Job summary

Ashton North LLC seeks a strong leader to manage a small chemical plant in Nebraska. The role will be on-site, working directly with operations and hourly staff to drive safety and high performance. You will report to a regional manager and travel will be minimal.

Ideal candidates have prior management experience in chemicals or chemical distribution, plus PSM familiarity and knowledge of DOT/TCEQ regulations. The position offers stability and growth within a long-established company.

Qualifications

The person for this role needs to be a strong leader and someone who likes to be out on the floor, working directly with operations and other hourly personnel to push for high safety standards and high performance. This person will have overall responsibility for this site and this role reports to a regional manager. Travel will be minimal.

Minimum Requirements:

• Leadership background is important - should have previous management experience
• Must be out of chemicals, ideally chemical distribution or something along those lines
• Previous PSM (process safety management) experience is a huge plus
• Must understand DOT/TCEQ regulations
