Job summary

Htprof is seeking a strong site leader for our Omaha chemical operations. You will oversee daily floor activities, drive safety standards, and partner with hourly staff to optimize performance. The role requires proven leadership, experience in chemicals or distribution, and a background in process safety management.

The person for this role needs to be a strong leader and someone who likes to be out on the floor, working directly with operations and other hourly personnel to push for high safety standards and high performance. This person will have overall responsibility for this site and this role reports to a regional manager. Travel will be minimal.

• Leadership background is important - should have previous management experience
• Must be out of chemicals, ideally chemical distribution or something along those lines
• Previous PSM (process safety management) experience is a huge plus
