Position Overview

The Operations Manager is responsible for the end-to-to-end management of a pharmaceutical company's product operations. This role includes inventory control, manufacturing oversight, quality assurance, logistics coordination, and shipping processes. The Operations Manager will lead process optimization initiatives, maintain detailed documentation, and ensure alignment between cross-functional teams and external partners.

What You'll Do

• Oversee tracking, storage, and transportation of all the company’s commercial products.
• Coordinate logistics and transportation to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Lead the critical component inspection process, collaborating with the R&D team to address issues and improve quality standards.
• Establish and maintain detailed inspection criteria and ensure adherence to defined tolerances.
• Manage the operation, maintenance, and data integrity of the company's ERP system.
• Regularly update the ERP system to reflect real-world activities, including inventory levels, product movement, and order fulfillment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements through meticulous documentation.
• Lead packaging, labeling, and sales order fulfillment processes to ensure accurate and efficient shipping.
• Manage end-to-to-end shipping operations, including international logistics and customs requirements.
• Participate in cross-functional product optimization committees to improve processes, materials, and packaging solutions.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail and precision in all tasks.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of manufacturing/operations experience, 3+ years of management experience
• Experience with FDA interactions
• Exposure to Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement methodologies.

Physical

• Handle physical requirements, including lifting up to 50 pounds regularly.
