Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Store Manager to oversee day-to-day store operations in Idabel, Oklahoma. You will assist with store functions and customer interactions, organize merchandise flow from truck to floor, and maintain seasonal areas and fixtures to company standards.

Responsibilities

• Help organize and transfer merchandise from delivery truck to stockroom to sales floor as needed
• Ensure the seasonal areas of the store are maintained
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed
• Process all corporate directives including Pull and Hold/Destroy, Task Compliance
• Maintain promotional effectiveness of store-front fixtures and displays
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged merchandise, and record keeping
• Maintain areas of the store to company standards
• Protect and secure all company assets, including store cash
• Help the Store Manager supervise, train, and develop Store Associates
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment
