Salary: $60000 USD per year
Manages employees in the Fueling Department. Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of this unit. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints, resolving problems and ensuring employees successfully complete the company’s training program.

Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four‑year college or university; or one to two years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information to and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic math.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions furnished in written, verbal, diagram or schedule form.
Drivers license.
Excellent communications and interpersonal skills. Prior aviation experience is desirable.
