Job summary

Teksky LLC in Colorado is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead 24/7 production and warehouse operations in a regulated manufacturing environment. You will oversee production, inventory, scheduling, and maintenance, ensuring cGMP, OSHA, SOP, safety and quality compliance while driving Lean, 5S, and continuous improvement across shifts.

This role partners with Quality, EHS, Engineering, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Finance and HR to sustain throughput, minimize downtime and achieve

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent manufacturing experience.
• 6+ years manufacturing experience.
• 3+ years plant/production leadership.
• Experience with multi-shift or continuous manufacturing.
• Knowledge of cGMP, OSHA, inventory control, scheduling, and Lean.
• ERP/MRP, CMMS, 5S, and RCA experience preferred.
