Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or related field.
• 7–10+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Strong background in Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, KPI development, and ERP systems.
• Proven leadership, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in electronics, aerospace, defense, military, or other high-reliability manufacturing environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing operations and production teams.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
• Coach supervisors, develop future leaders, and build a culture of accountability.
• Improve manufacturing flow, capacity, labor utilization, and key performance metrics.
• Lead root cause analysis, corrective actions, and initiatives to reduce scrap and improve first-pass yield.
• Support workforce development, cross-training, and succession planning.
