  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Food Science, Chemistry, Business, or related field, or equivalent manufacturing experience.
  • 6+ years of manufacturing experience.
  • 3+ years of production or plant leadership experience.
  • Experience in multi-shift or continuous manufacturing.
  • Working knowledge of cGMP, OSHA, inventory control, scheduling, and continuous improvement.
  • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work on-site with regular plant-floor presence.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily production and warehouse operations.
  • Develop production schedules and monitor production performance.
  • Manage inventory, receiving, shipping, and warehouse activities.
  • Lead and develop supervisors, operators, and warehouse teams.
  • Ensure compliance with cGMP, OSHA, SOPs, and safety requirements.
  • Monitor yield, throughput, labor efficiency, downtime, and inventory accuracy.
  • Partner with Quality, EHS, Engineering, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Finance, and HR.
  • Drive Lean Manufacturing, 5S, process improvement, and root-cause analysis.
  • Support audits, CAPAs, deviations, training, and documentation.
  • Oversee production consumables and warehouse supplies.

Job description

  • Lead daily production and warehouse operations.
  • Develop production schedules and monitor production performance.
  • Manage inventory, receiving, shipping, and warehouse activities.
  • Lead and develop supervisors, operators, and warehouse teams.
  • Ensure compliance with cGMP, OSHA, SOPs, and safety requirements.

  • Experience with ERP/MRP, CMMS, Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and root-cause analysis.
  • Experience with liquid processing, distillation, filtration, sanitary piping, or solvent-based manufacturing.
  • Previous experience with warehouse, maintenance, inventory, sanitation, or quality functions.
